Delivery Operations Manager
Lead the day-to-day operations of the Dato Delivery pilot, including rider coordination, route performance, proof-of-delivery standards and exception resolution.
Coordinate the pilot rider cohort and day-to-day field operations
Monitor delivery performance and proof-of-delivery standards
Resolve operational exceptions and delivery issues
Report key operating metrics to the founding team
Improve workflows based on pilot learnings ahead of wider rollout
2+ years in logistics, delivery or field operations management
Strong communication and practical problem-solving skills
Ability to work directly with riders and field operations
Comfort using digital tools, dashboards and mobile applications
